A Public Health professional with over 15 years of work experience in: designing; implementation; monitoring and evaluating programs and projects; resource mobilisation; grants management; proposal development; partnership development and review; donor relations and engagement. I have proven ability to manage large-scale interventions including; managing programmes and budgets; leading advocacy efforts; Liaising and networking with other stakeholders; supporting the development of policies, strategic plans and papers. I also have strong facilitation, coordination, analytical, presentation, team working and interpersonal skills. I have a Master’s Degree in Public Health International from the University of Leeds, a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health LUCY MWASE (Mrs)and a Diploma in Public Health, both of which from the University of Malawi. |
FRANCIS SANDE-CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST
Francis Sande is a well versed Engineer with over 7 years of experience in working on development projects, designing/ planning structural, Water, Sanitation and transportation work and managing community and public projects in cities and rural areas. He is very conversant in working with both communities and private sector.He holds a Bachelors Degree of Civil Engineering from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic and is a trained Project Manager with the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has previously worked for Centre for Community Organization and Development (CCODE) who focus on urban community development initiatives. He has also worked for SRK Consulting Engineers and BUA Consulting Engineers which are firms that oversee transportation and water projects. |
